Chronokeeper is a lightweight Windows overlay that sits on top of League and tracks enemy summoner spell cooldowns in real time — with voice commands, rune detection, and global keyboard shortcuts.
Windows 10 / 11 · Free installer · No login required
Click once when you see a summoner spell used. Chronokeeper counts it down with a visual progress bar and alerts you the moment it's back up.
Automatically detects which summoner spells each enemy has equipped — Flash, Teleport, Ignite, Exhaust and more — with the correct cooldown for each.
Mark spells without alt-tabbing. Numpad 1–5 for D spells, Numpad 6–0 for F spells. Works while League is focused.
Say "Zed flash" or "Leona ult" and the timer starts automatically — fully offline, powered by on-device Whisper AI. No mic data ever leaves your PC.
See each enemy's keystone and secondary rune tree at a glance, colour-coded to match League's own rune palette. Know what you're playing against.
Transparent, frameless overlay that stays above League in full-screen windowed mode. Drag it wherever fits your setup best.
Yes. Chronokeeper only reads data from the official League Live Client API that Riot exposes on your local machine. It never reads game memory, injects code, or communicates with any external server during a match. This is the same API used by approved overlay tools.
Voice processing runs entirely on your device — no audio is ever uploaded or transmitted anywhere.
Chronokeeper is a fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Riot Games. League of Legends is a trademark of Riot Games, Inc.
Chronokeeper is built and maintained solo, in my spare time. It's completely free and always will be. If it's helped you track that one Flash that secured the game, consider buying me a coffee — it goes directly toward new features like ranked stats integration, team sync, and a Mac build.
